The beta is free, by application, and places are limited. Once your place is confirmed, you download the software from your account; it installs on Mac and Windows.
Mac
macOS 10.15 or later, Apple and Intel processors.
Windows
Windows 64-bit (Intel or AMD). The installer adds WebView2 if needed.

On Windows

- Processor
- Intel or AMD: no version for ARM-based PCs
- Component
- Microsoft Edge WebView2, installed with the software if missing (an internet connection is then needed)
On both
- Disk space
- The application, plus your photos: the software keeps a copy of every shot and warns you when less than 5 GB is left (adjustable)
- Camera
- A USB port, to connect the camera during the session (tethered capture)
- Internet
- Not needed to shoot. It is used to sync your photos with your online space and to receive updates

The software is not yet signed by Apple or Microsoft. Your computer will ask you to confirm the first time; the steps are shown below the download button.
